Black and white are two classic colors that are often used separately but look just as good together. Adding black to white, or white to black gives simple nail art designs a bold innocence. With spring coming up, there is no doubt that you are in need of simple DIY nail designs. That is why today’s chosen nail design has a hint of spring color. Blue and pink are also two opposite colors that go well together.
To achieve this spring look, start by painting half of your nail black and the other half white. Black should be on the bottom and the white nail color on top. Make sure that you create a slight diagonal as you are doing it as demonstrated in the picture. If your nails are short, you can still use this look. It simply means that your nails will show less white nail polish.

To get the flower effect, start by creating 2 to 3 blue dots along the diagonal of your design. This will form the center of your flowers. Next, take your pink nail polish and create 5-6 petal-like strokes underneath the diagonal. Finish your simple DIY nail design off with a clear coat of nail polish. The result is a black and white nail design transformed in to Spring madness.
